Living with Adab Daily

Adab refers to the refined manners and ethical conduct derived from the Quran and Sunnah. It encompasses behavior towards Allah, oneself, others, and the environment. It is the foundation upon which faith is built and the means through which a believer attains closeness to Allah. Practicing adab is a lifelong commitment that requires consistency, self-awareness, and a genuine desire to improve. It is not about perfection but about striving for excellence in character and conduct.

Quran reminds us, “So race to [all that is] good.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:148).
